1a. Note on Health-Related Information
Your responses to our ADHD screening questionnaire may be considered health-related information. We treat this data with particular care. Specifically:
- We use your test responses only to generate your personalised result and provide relevant content
- We do not sell or share your test responses with third parties for any purpose
- We do not use your test responses to make automated decisions that produce legal or significant effects
- Your test responses are stored pseudonymously (linked to your email if provided, but not to your name or identity)
If you are in the EU or UK, the legal basis for processing this data is your explicit consent, given when you complete the test and submit your email address.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser localStorage to temporarily store your test results during your session (so you can navigate between the test and results pages without losing your progress). This data stays on your device and is cleared when you close your browser.
We may also use cookies for basic analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA or UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms approved by the relevant authorities. By using our services, you consent to such transfers.
5. Data Retention

- Email unsubscribes — we retain your email address on our suppression list to ensure we don't contact you again
- Test responses — if stored, retained for up to 2 years to personalize ongoing support
